USER GUIDE

Step 1.
Download Songyala app for andriod phones from Play Store and IOS app from App Store. You can also type www.songyala.com on your browsers such as google chrome; safari or opera (in most phones, you can search our website by typing www.songyala.com or ‘songyala’ in the search bars) to get into our website.

Step 2.
Sign up by clicking on the Sign-Up button. (use your email address as the username and create a new password). You can also signin using your facebook or gmail accounts. ( You have to know the email and pasword facebook and gmail) 

Step 3.
Sign in using your username and password that you just created. You can also signin using your facebook or gmail accounts. ( You have to know the email and pasword facebook and gmail) 
 
Step 4.
You will get a Verification Code in the email address that you have given. Use it to sign in. (sometimes the Verification Codes come in the ‘Junk’, ‘Spam’ or 'Promotions' inboxes). 

Step 5.
In this step, a pre-filled form will appear. You only have to update ‘sex’ and ‘address’ here.
 
Step 6.
Subscribe to ‘Songyala’ now. You can subscribe for a month @ Nu. 250, three months @ Nu. 700, half a year @ Nu. 1300 or a year @ Nu. 2500. To subscribe please click on the payment options on ‘BTN Payment’ ‘INTR Payment’ or ‘Offline Payment’ and ‘BTN Payment' is for those who has bank accounts maintained in Bhutan, similarly ‘INTR Payment’ is for those who wish to pay using international cards like, master cards and visa cards). 

Step 7.
Wait for the One-Time-Password (OTP) from your respective banks. The OTP will come either in your email addresses or phone numbers. If you have not updated your profile with your banks, the OTP will be sent to your old phone numbers or email addresses. Please call your banks to update your phone numbers and email addresses. You can also choose ‘Offline Payment’ or ‘INTR Payment' if you are not getting your OTP (Please read how to make ‘Offline payment’ in the User’s Guide).
 
Step 8.
Punch in the code. After the payment is successful, you will be notified through emails.
 
Step 9. You will now see our videos. Click on ' Vidoe Categories' or ' Video Channel'.
